Glycerol is very hygroscopic and miscible with water in any ratio. Thanks to its strongly hygroscopic properties, glycerin facilitates the absorption of cosmetics, and thus accelerates their action. Glycerin has strong skin moisturizing properties, which is why it is used in the production of creams, lipsticks, soaps and other washable cosmetics. In addition, it is used to create liquids in e-cigarettes.
