EXOcare PC60 professional concentrator for the production of cleaning agents

EXOcare PC60 concentrates blends of anionic and non-ionic surfactants for universal use in personal care cleaning compositions. Final formulations can be achieved by adding other ingredients to this base. It is used in the manufacture of such products as

• It is a liquid [paste]
• Colour: colorless or light yellow
• pH value: from 10 to 11.5 [Conc. (%w/w): 10%]
• Density: 0.9 to 1.1 g/cm ³ (temperature 25 ^o C)
• Initial boiling point and boiling range: 100 ^o C
• Solubility(ies): Easily soluble in the following materials: hot water. Soluble in the following materials: cold water.
• Viscosity: dynamic from 3000 to 8000mPa*s

Hazard statements:

• H315 Causes skin irritation.
• H318 Causes serious eye damage.
• H412 Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects

Precautionary statements:

Prevention:

• Wash your hands thoroughly after use.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke when using the product.
• Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
• Avoid release to the environment.

Response:

• IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician
• IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water.
