Rokopol MH2000

Rokopol® MH2000 can be used for the production of highly flexible polyurethane foams using the continuous system (slabstock), batch production and for the production of molded foams. With the use of Rokopol® MH2000, reactive polymeric polyols and appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents), it is possible to produce blocks of highly elastic foam with a rectangular cross-section and a height of up to 120 cm.

Thanks to the increased functionality, the polyol prevents the trapezoidal effect of the foam during seasoning, thanks to which it is possible to reduce the level of waste from production to a minimum. Thanks to its excellent parameters, the product can be widely used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and furniture as a comfortable material.

Main application advantages of Rokopol® MH2000:

• the possibility of producing foams with densities from 21 to 80 kg/m3 with hardness ranges from 1 - 5kPa and flexibility up to 65%,
• the use of the product allows the production of foam with a breaking strength above 60 kPa and a relative elongation at break of up to 80%,
• the product can be used together with other polymeric polyols to optimize features such as foam hardness, openness and relative elongation at break,
• the product is used as the main polyol for the production of super-soft, highly flexible foams with densities of 22 - 28 kg/m3.

The most common applications of Rokopol® MH2000:

• used for the production of flexible foams and standard foams with various parameters,
• polyol used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and pillows as a comfort material,
• a product used in the automotive industry for the production of car seats.

Products manufactured on the basis of Rokopol® MH2000 are of very high quality. Thanks to the refined production process, this polyol is characterized by very good parameters and is widely used in the furniture industry.
