Roksol CCP/KONC. is a frost-resistant, concentrated preparation that lowers the solidification point of industrial preparations. It is also used as a cooling medium. It takes the form of a clear or slightly turbid blue liquid. The concentrated product has a very low freezing point, i.e. below -55°C.

Description

Depending on the amount of water added to the product, a solution with the desired freezing point can be obtained. Roksol CCP/KONC., apart from water solubility, is also easily soluble in alcohols and glycols. It does not cause corrosion of devices and installations, because it contains carefully selected corrosion inhibitors. These features facilitate transport, storage and handling of this product in process conditions.

Thanks to the above properties, the product is used in extinguishing agents with a reduced solidification point, as an agent preventing freezing of coal and fines on heaps, a component of coolants or concrete admixtures. It is also used in refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, solar and heat pump systems. It works well as a coolant in closed systems, e.g. in the food industry.
