Ekoprodur® 0612B2 is a two-component polyurethane system used for producing semi-rigid, self-extinguishing foam. It is commonly used for the production of continuous insulation materials of soft coverings, such as those made of aluminum foil or PVC. The system consists of component A, a polyol mixture, and component B, a mixture of aromatic polyisocyanates. It does not contain foaming agents that deplete the ozone layer and has a Hygienic Certificate. The foam has an apparent density of 18 ± 2 kg/m3 and a closed cell content of ≤ 20%. It is suitable for various industrial sectors and is commonly used for insulation cladding of pipes in residential, office, and industrial buildings.
