Active Play AS H 8014 is a one-component, polyether prepolymer based on MDI isocyanate. It is a polyurethane adhesive used for bonding rubber granules made from recycled materials, such as SBR and EPDM rubber. The adhesive can be applied in both cold and hot processes, and it forms a rigid joint with good elasticity. It has high resistance to temperature, allowing for production of shapeable elements at temperatures ranging from 70°C to 150°C. The adhesive is easy to apply and does not contain any harmful organic solvents. It is commonly used in the production of mats, safety plates, base mats, and sound and vibration insulating mats for playgrounds, fitness centers, and gyms.
