Active Play AS H 8009 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive designed for bonding various types of shredded materials such as SBR rubber granules obtained from recycled car tires. It has a viscosity of 2000-3500 mPas and a content of NCO groups between 10.0-12.0%. When mixed with SBR granules and applied to a mold, it cures under the influence of temperature and moisture. The adhesive forms a rigid joint while preserving elasticity. It is characterized by its black color, high abrasion and weather resistance, sound damping properties, and water resistance. Active Play AS H 8009 is suitable for the production of surface slabs for playgrounds, fitness centers, and gyms, as well as other formed items like safety plates and road-building accessories.
