Ekoprodur® 2232W is a polyurethane system used for producing rigid foam insulation material with a closed-cell structure. It has self-extinguishing properties and excellent flow rate. The system does not contain foaming agents that deplete the ozone layer, complying with EU regulations. It has a Hygienic Certificate from the National Institute of Hygiene, ensuring it does not adversely affect health and the environment. The foam obtained from Ekoprodur® 2232W has a minimum density of 36 kg/m3 and excellent thermal conductivity. It is commonly used for insulating tanks and in-situ flooding processes. The system can be processed with low and high-pressure foaming machines.
