Ekoprodur® 4540W is a two-component polyurethane system used for thermal insulation of boilers, water heaters, and tanks. It can be processed with low- and high-pressure foaming machines, producing foam with a minimum density of 40 kg/m³. The system does not contain ozone-depleting foaming agents and has a quick demould time of 15-25 minutes. With a high dimensional stability, it provides increased mechanical resistance and insulation properties. Approved by the National Institute of Hygiene, Ekoprodur® 4540W is a reliable solution
