Ekoprodur®OP2/S is a two-component polyurethane system designed for insulating fillings and packaging. It is an aqueous system that foams with carbon dioxide, resulting in a semi-rigid foam with open-cell structure. The system has a reduced emission of volatile organic compounds and is compliant with EU regulations. It is lightweight, easy to process, and has a hygienic certification. The foam has an apparent density of ≥ 14 kg/m3 and a reaction to fire class of F. It is suitable for various applications that require semi-rigid polyurethane insulation and lightweight packaging fillings.
