Rofluid T1 is a high performance mixing water reducer for concrete production. It is an aqueous solution of polycarboxylate ether (PCE) that reduces water consumption by up to 35% without compromising the consistency of the mix. By creating steric hindrance on the cement grains, it delays the setting of the concrete and allows for better workability and reduced segregation. With a low dosage of 0.4 to 1.5% on the weight of the binder, it increases the compressive strength of the concrete. Rofluid T1 can be used in precast concrete production, production of waterproof and architectural concrete, and in ready-mixed concrete. It does not cause corrosion of reinforcing steel
