ROKAmina®K40 MB (Cocamidopropyl Betaine) is an amphoteric surfactant belonging to the betaine group. It is an aqueous solution with a 40% active substance content. This product is a concentrated form of ROKAmina K30, resulting in reduced transport and storage costs. Made from certified palm oil cultivation, ROKAmina K40 MB is RSPO certified on the Mass Balance model. It is used in cleansing preparations for the skin and hair, providing excellent foaming properties across a wide pH range and water hardness. When combined with anionic surfactants, it boosts foam volume and improves stability. ROKAmina K40 MB also modifies the rheology of preparations with anionic surfactants in the presence of electrolytes. Its features include softening and smoothing the skin and hair, reducing irritation from anionic surfactants, and anti-static properties for hair.
