Ekoprodur®3080B2 is a polyurethane system used for the production of structural elements with increased density. It can be processed using high-pressure foaming machines and produces foam with high fire resistance. The recommended foam density is 140-180 kg/m3. The system consists of two components, a polyol mixture and a mixture of aromatic polyisocyanates. It can be processed using both low- and high-pressure foaming machines. The foam has good stability even at high temperatures and does not contain ozone-depleting foaming agents. It is suitable for various industries and maintains excellent mechanical strength.
