Leveling agent in fabric dyeing process EXOfos PB-083 CAS 68439-39-4

EXOfos PB-083 is used in lubricants, metalworking fluids, the textile industry and as a component of hard surface cleaning preparations. Good wetting, detergent and hydrotropic properties make esters willingly used in cleaning compositions. An undoubted advantage of anionic phosphate esters is their stability in the full pH range.

The presence of a phosphorus group provides the molecule with lubricating properties. Anionic phosphate esters are effective AW/EP additives, providing surface protection under extreme friction. This property is of particular importance in heavy load applications. The advantage of this group of compounds are emulsifying properties.

Acidic phosphate esters can be neutralized using various alkalizing agents. In the lubricants industry, neutralization with amines is the most popular, thanks to which the product gains anti-corrosion properties.

Phosphoric ester used in the textile industry as a scoring agent. It can also be used as a leveling agent in the direct dyeing process of fabrics. The product has excellent wetting properties. EXOfos PB-083 has hydrotropic and corrosion-inhibiting properties.
