Ekoprodur® 1112B2 is a two-component polyurethane (PUR) system used to produce semi-rigid foam with self-extinguishing properties. The foam has a partially open cell structure and is suitable for insulation panels, boards, and thermal insulation cladding. The system consists of component A, a polyol mixture, and component B, a mixture of aromatic polyisocyanates. It can be processed using low- and high-pressure foaming machines and does not contain ozone-depleting foaming agents. The foam has a density of at least 20 kg/m³ and offers advantages such as low thermal conductivity, dimensional stability, and high flexibility. It is suitable for various applications in different industrial sectors, including the food and chemical industries.
