Rokopol F3600

Rokopol® F3600 can be used for the production of flexible polyurethane foams using a continuous system (slabstock) or for batch production. The product has a hydroxyl number in the range of 45-50 mg KOH/g and dynamic viscosity in the range of 540-620 mPas. With the use of Rokopol® F3600 and appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents), it is possible to produce blocks of hardened flexible foam with a rectangular cross-section and a height of up to 130 cm. Thanks to its excellent parameters, the product can be widely used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and furniture as a comfortable material.

Main application advantages of Rokopol® F3600:

• the ability to produce foams with densities from 16 to 80 kg/m3 with a hardness range of 1 - 5kPa and flexibility up to 50%,
• the use of the product allows the production of foam with a breaking strength above 60 kPa and a relative elongation at break up to 100%,
• the product can be used together with other polymeric polyols to optimize features such as foam hardness, openness and relative elongation at break,
• polyol is characterized by high scorch resistance.

The most common applications of Rokopol® F3600:

• used for the production of flexible foams and standard foams with various parameters,
• polyol used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and pillows as a comfort material,
• product used in the production of printing inks.

Products manufactured on the basis of Rokopol® F3600 are of very high quality. Thanks to the refined production process, this polyol is characterized by very good parameters and is widely used in the furniture industry.
