Rokopol® RF151V is a propoxylated Mannich base, a reactive, high-functional aromatic polyether polyol for the production of rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane (PUR) foam in reaction with isocyanate. The product is an orange to brown liquid that does not contain antioxidants. It maintains a high viscosity of about 8,000 mPas at 25°C with high functionality f~4.7 and a high hydroxyl number ~460mgKOH/g.

Rokopol® RF151V is a product dedicated to the production of PUR polyurethane systems with medium viscosity, high content of flame retardant and very good mechanical properties of rigid foam. The product is recommended in particular for spray applications of rigid PUR foam with a low lambda value, relatively low density and good adhesion to polyurethane foam and other surfaces, including metal and wood. Mannich polyols show very good miscibility with typical polyols for rigid foam application, i.e. sorbitol, sugar, and most polyester polyols. This provides a lot of freedom in designing new polyurethane rigid foam systems. The product is widely used mainly in the construction industry.
