Ekoprodur®S10-HP System is a polyurethane insulation that is suitable for thermal and acoustic insulation in residential, commercial, public, and industrial buildings. It consists of a polyol part and an isocyanate part, both of which are liquid. The system does not contain volatile organic compounds and is foamed with carbon dioxide produced in the reaction of the two components. This results in a semi-rigid foam with an open-cell structure. The system should be processed using high-pressure foaming units equipped with a foaming head. It is applied directly to surfaces such as roofs, attics, ceilings, and walls, and can be used on various building materials. The insulation is jointless, lightweight, and has high resistance to moisture and wind, protecting against mold and fungi. The speed and versatility of the application technique allow for the insulation to be completed in a short timeframe. The product has excellent adhesion and stable physico-mechanical parameters.
