Rokopol® iPol S is a white polymer dispersion in reactive polyether polyol designed for producing high-quality, high-resilience foams (HR) and flame-retardant foams (CMHR). It increases foam hardness without the need for styrene-acrylonitrile polyols, resulting in lower volatile organic compound (VOC) content and improved fire resistance. With a dry matter content of 10%, it allows for the production of HR foams with densities ranging from 25-60 kg/m3 and hardness within the range of 1.5-3.5 kPa. Foams made with Rokopol® iPol S offer impressive comfort and higher resilience compared to traditional HR foam, making it suitable for applications in mattresses, upholstery, and automotive seats
