ROKAfenol N40/70 Universal non-ionic surfactant canister 60 kg

ROKAfenol N40/70 is a component of washing, washing and cleaning agents. It acts as an emulsifier and dispersant, thus improving detergent properties. ROKAfenol N40/70 can be functional in a mixture with other non-ionic auxiliary agents and together with anionic and cationic agents. In addition, it is characterized by good resistance to oxidizing and reducing agents, as well as stability in acids and alkalis.

ROKAfenol N40/70 works well as a non-ionic emulsifier in the emulsion polymerization process. The greatest effectiveness of the agent is obtained in combination with an appropriate anionic surfactant (e.g. ROSULfan L, ABSNa, SULFOROKAnol L225/1), achieving control over the reaction parameters. A high degree of ethoxylation, and thus high hydrophilicity, ensures excellent stability of the polymer dispersion in the environment of electrolytes (including hard water) and organic solvents. ROKAfenol N40/70 is compatible with a wide range of polymers and can be used in the production of acrylic, styrene-acrylic dispersions, vinyl acetate homo- and copolymers. The typical application range of the product is 0.5-3% based on the total weight of the dispersion.

The provisions of the European Union (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No. 648/2004 of March 31, 2004 on detergents) limit its use to industrial cleaning, textile and leather processing and metal processing using closed circuits, where the working fluid is recycled or burned. In the case of a polymerization process, the product cannot be used in products free of ethoxylated nonylphenols.
