Sodium benzoate agricultural silage additive
About product

Sodium benzoate, an agricultural silage additive 25 kg , a feed preservative, especially useful when ensilaging grass silage or corn. It has bactericidal and fungistatic properties. Use in the amount of 1-2 kg per 10 t of silage. Dissolve the preparation in 1-2 buckets of cold water and spread it evenly over the surface of the heap. Preserves green material during silage, stops secondary fermentation, prevents the growth of undesirable fungi, protects against "silage brewing"

In agriculture, it is used as a feed additive with anti-mold and anti-fungal properties, interacts with lactic acid bacteria added during pickling. Used in corn pickling, reduces alcoholic fermentation.
