Synthetic hydrochloric acid is an inorganic chemical compound, which is a water solution of gaseous hydrogen chloride. It has highly corrosive properties, a sharp, irritating odor and a colorless to light yellow color. The product is supplied to the market in the form of a liquid with a concentration of 33% to 36%. It is characterized by very good quality. Hydrochloric acid is a dangerous substance, precautions should be taken.

According to the product documentation, hydrochloric acid should be stored/transported at a temperature of -30 °C to 30 °C, as desorption of hydrogen chloride occurs at higher temperatures. Due to high temperatures, please contact us individually to determine the possibility of transport.

Synthetic hydrochloric acid is a chemical compound that is an aqueous solution of hydrogen chloride gas. It has strongly corrosive properties, a pungent, irritating odor, and ranges from colorless to light yellow. Synthetic hydrochloric acid is produced by direct synthesis from elements – combustion of chlorine in hydrogen, followed by absorption of the resulting hydrogen chloride in water. Synthetic hydrochloric acid is supplied to the market at a concentration of 33%–35.5%.

Hydrochloric acid is used:

for water treatment (pH adjustment)
for municipal sewage treatment
for industrial cleaning and washing
in the power industry for the regeneration of ion exchangers
in the production of industrial chemicals, e.g. agrochemicals or plant protection products and fertilizers
in the production of household chemicals
for extraction of ores in the mining industry
in the production of biofuels, oils and lubricants
in galvanizing and galvanizing processes
in tanning
in the textile industry
in the construction industry as an additive to concrete and mortar, for insulation of wires and cables, for adhesives and building binders
